It has come to my attention that when teachers go to set up the “On Demand” assessment for two weeks from now a message appears that states that, “On Demand testing can not be conducted until after September and to ask the administrator in charge” (something along these lines).  Here is the reason you can’t do it (I did ask an Istations Rep-answer below):

• Istation Customer Support has resolved Case #00498088, regarding “Teachers unable to issue ODA until october”, with the following resolution:

  Advised this is an Idaho state restriction specifically and not something we can affect. Will reach out via email if contrary information comes up.
